June 30 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm£1.00
Join us for a giant street party to celebrate 100 years since the official end of the First World War. Hundreds of people came onto the streets to celebrate victory after the signing of the Treaty of Versailles in 1919, and we are inviting 100 people to come to our street party and celebrate the centenary with us.
In true street party fashion, you should bring your own picnic. There will be entertainment from Fishburn Brass Band and Yvonne the Vintage Vocalist as well as fun activities for young and old, including the Heugh Bowmen’s shooting galleries.
Tickets for the Peace Party cost £1.00 and are available from the museum from Monday 27th May.
PLEASE NOTE – the museum will be closed to non-ticket holders all day. Unlimited Passes are NOT VALID for this eventConnect with the Heugh Battery
